Cookies & Local Storage Policy

This page describes browser storage actually used by the current Holentra build and distinguishes it from optional technologies that are not active.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small values a website or connected service can store in a browser. They may be used for essential functions, preferences, measurement, advertising or other purposes depending on the implementation.

2. Local storage

localStorage is a browser storage mechanism that can keep a simple value until it is cleared. Holentra currently uses it to remember that you dismissed the storage notice. The key is holentra_storage_notice and the stored value indicates acknowledgement.

3. Essential hosting technologies

A hosting, firewall or content-delivery provider may use technically necessary mechanisms for security, routing, abuse prevention or session management. The specific production host was not provided, so this page does not invent a cookie list for an unknown provider.

4. Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is not active because no GA4 Measurement ID has been supplied. Holentra therefore does not claim that Google Analytics cookies are currently placed by this build.

5. Google Tag Manager

GTM is not active because no Container ID has been supplied. No placeholder container is loaded.

6. Cookiebot

Cookiebot is not active because no Domain Group ID has been supplied. The current notice is a lightweight first-party information banner, not a representation that Cookiebot consent management is operating.

7. reCAPTCHA

Google reCAPTCHA is not active because no site key has been supplied. The contact form uses ordinary validation and a honeypot field instead.

8. Affiliate and advertising technologies

The business model is affiliate publishing, but no affiliate partner or affiliate URL is active in this build. The site therefore does not intentionally set affiliate attribution or advertising cookies at present.

9. First-party and third-party storage

The storage-notice preference is first-party localStorage under holentra.life. Third-party cookies may only appear if a third-party service is introduced or if infrastructure outside the page code uses them. Production deployment should be audited after hosting and integrations are final.

10. Duration and deletion

The localStorage preference remains until you clear site data in your browser. Browser settings allow you to inspect or delete cookies and local storage. Clearing the preference will cause the notice to appear again.

11. Blocking storage

Blocking local storage does not prevent reading Holentra content, but the storage notice may reappear. Blocking technologies used by a future optional integration may affect that integration’s function.

12. Future changes and consent

If non-essential analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking or similar technologies are enabled, the site should update this policy and implement the controls required by applicable law before relying on those technologies.
