These terms govern use of holentra.life. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and understand the limits described below.
1. Scope
Holentra provides general educational content about prostatitis, pelvic health, symptom documentation and preparation for professional care. The website does not provide a clinician-patient relationship, diagnosis, prescription or emergency service.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
You may use the site for personal informational purposes. You must not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that disrupts it, impersonate another person or submit unlawful content.
3. Medical-information limits
Health information is general and may not reflect your circumstances. Symptoms overlap across conditions. Urgent symptoms require appropriate professional assessment. Do not start, stop or change prescription treatment solely because of site content.
4. Content accuracy and changes
Holentra aims to present careful information but does not guarantee that every page is complete, current or error-free. Medical guidance and legal requirements can change. Content can be updated, corrected or removed without notice.
5. Intellectual property
Original site text, layout and code are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party images remain subject to their own licences and attribution requirements. No third-party creator should be understood as endorsing Holentra.
6. User submissions
When you send a contact message, you grant permission to process it for the purpose of responding and managing the request. Do not submit content you do not have a right to share. Health records and highly sensitive information should not be sent through the general form.
7. Affiliate relationships
Holentra is configured for an affiliate publishing business model. No affiliate partner, affiliate URL or commission-generating destination is active in the current build. If affiliate links are introduced, they may produce a commission without necessarily increasing the user’s price. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
8. Third-party services and links
The current public pages do not intentionally include outbound commercial links. Future third-party services or links operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Holentra is not responsible for a third party’s website, product, service, availability or claims.
9. Availability
The site may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting failures, network issues, security work or other causes. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Holentra is not liable for loss caused by treating general website information as individual medical advice, by third-party services, or by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Consumer rights
These terms do not remove mandatory rights available under Kenyan consumer-protection or other applicable law. Because Holentra does not currently sell a product or paid service through this build, ordering, delivery and refund terms are not invented.
12. Governing law and disputes
Where Kenyan law applies to the website or a dispute, these terms are intended to operate consistently with it, including applicable consumer and data-protection requirements. Mandatory jurisdictional rights remain unaffected.
13. Termination and changes
Access may be restricted where necessary to protect the site or respond to misuse. These terms may be updated when functionality or legal requirements change.
